USB 3.0 is the second major revision of the Universal Serial Bus (USB) standard for computer connectivity. A USB 3 port is usually colored blue, and is backwards compatible with USB 2.0.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

When you want to eject a card, please remove it from the card reader. DO NOT click “Eject USB Storage”. By clicking that, you actually eject the whole card reader. As result, you will need to reconnect it to your computer to make it work again.

Please just plug in one card to the card reader each time when you use it. Although the card reader has four slots, they share one channel. As a result, it cannot read multiple cards at the same time.

The other 3 USB ports can work independently as regular USB ports.

We do value your feedback. If you have any question/suggestion, please feel free to contact support@cablematters.com . We will reply to you promptly.
