  • I don't see an image on my second display?
    • Make sure have properly installed the driver sofware for your operating system and reboot your computer.
    • Be sure to use HDMI cables that use 100% pure copper connectors. Connectors made with CCS (Copper Clad Steel) are not recommended and will typically cause a "Not Supported" or "No Signal" message on your display.
  • Will the USB ports on the docking station charge my device?
    • Yes, the USB 3.0 ports will charge most smartphones at 900 mA. Large smartphones and tablets will typically not charge because the power consumpution is greater than the power output from the computers USB port.
